Terry Warren Billings

Silverton- Terry Warren Billings was born on October 3, 1947 in Vernal, Utah to Callis and Vera (Smuin) Billings.  He would go on to graduate from Vernal High School and would live in Vernal, Utah for forty years. It was while living in Vernal that he would meet Estella Redford through a friend while hunting.  They hit it off and would be married on December 9th, 1988. They would later move to Dinosaur, Colorado before moving to Oregon the last 7 years. Terry was someone who made a friend wherever he went.  He loved his family, and they were everything to him.  He had a very loving personality and was one to tell silly riddles (Dad Jokes). He was very musically inclined and enjoyed singing and playing the guitar. He was also able to turn any name or word into a song. In his spare time Terry enjoyed being outdoors.  He loved to go hunting, fishing, ride horses, camping and to garden.  Besides all of his many hobbies, Terry was an incredibly hard worker who spent his career in the trucking industry transporting all kinds of hauls including Hazmat. On April 10, 2021 Terry passed away in Salem, Oregon.  He was preceded in passing by his parents Callis and Vera; Brother, Russell Billings; Sister, Linda Birchell; and granddaughter, Brooklee Gale.  He is survived by his loving wife, Estella; Children, Teri Reinking, Anave Swett, Johna Billings, Kimberly (Adam) Gale, and Amber Billings; Grandchildren, Ronnie, Angie, Ellie, Terrence, Nora, Kemrey, Olivia, Hayden, Halee, Dason, Serenity, Patience, Tenicia, Alex, Latisha and Mason; and siblings, Marla Hall and Calene Wales.
