Rose Edna Smith

Rose Edna Smith July 25, 1931 April 19, 2015 Turner, Oregon Born in England on July 25, 1931, she lived 83 wonderful years, most of it in Marion County. Rose loved all of her family and many dear friends. Her pleasures were church, visiting, bingo, and knitting. Rose passed peacefully at home, surrounded by many loved ones on April 19, 2015. Rose was preceded in death by her husband Lonnie Smith, son Nick Smith, and daughter Cathy Smith. Rose is survived by her two sons; David Smith of Marion and Mike Smith of Bend, 5 grandchildren; Mick Smith Jr. of Albany, Denise Peterson of Albany, Evan Smith of Salem, Lonny Smith of Portland, and Danny Smith of Marion, 12 Great-Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great Grandchild. A Memorial Service will be held at Weddle Funeral Chapel in Stayton in Friday, April 24, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. Private family interment at Lone Oak Cemetery.
