He was preceded in death by his parents Robert Foster and Frances Thompson Foster Flaska, and one brother Quentin Foster. He is survived by his daughter Anna and son-in-law David Carter, granddaughter Kassidy Carter, two sisters Brenda Fisher and Soyna Lee, one brother Kelly Foster, a good friend Priscilla Matland, and numerous other friends. He will be missed deeply.
