Richard Gene Felton

Richard Felton, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, peacefully passed away on May 12, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Born on September 16, 1945, in Rapid City, South Dakota, Richard was the son of Roy and Lola Felton.

Richard was united in marriage to his devoted wife, Nancy Auer, on St. Patrick's Day in Lebanon. Together, they built a life filled with love and cherished memories. Richard was a devoted father to his children, Lonnie and Toby Felton, who were his pride and joy. He was also a doting grandfather to Karis, Kaya, Jacoby, and Mia Felton, finding immense joy in their presence.

Throughout his life, Richard found fulfillment in his work as a meat cutter, displaying skill and dedication in his craft. Outside of work, he indulged in his passions for motorcycles and gardening, finding solace and contentment in the simple pleasures of life. A dedicated fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Richard never missed a game, cheering on his team with unwavering loyalty.

Richard was preceded in death by his siblings and parents, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever live on in the hearts of his loved ones. He is preceded by his seven brothers and sisters, whose bond with Richard remained unbreakable throughout the years.

In his quiet strength and gentle spirit, Richard touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering devotion will continue to inspire and uplift those who were fortunate enough to call him family and friend.
