Born on November 18, 1978, in Fort Benning, Georgia, to Janet Ramey and Rodger Belcher, he exhibited a curious spirit and an unwavering determination at an early age. After completing his education, Richard answered the call to duty and enlisted in the United States Army. For four years, he served his country with honor and dedication, forging lifelong friendships and learning valuable life lessons along the way.

Following his military service, Richard transitioned into civilian life, embarking on a successful career that spanned two decades. As a call center manager and later an operations manager, he demonstrated exceptional leadership, earning the respect of colleagues and employees alike.

Beyond the office walls, Richard’s passions illuminated his life. Cooking was his creative outlet—a symphony of flavors and aromas that delighted family and friends. He fearlessly experimented with new recipes, turning ordinary ingredients into extraordinary meals.
