Randy A. Anderson

Randy A. Anderson, a lifelong resident of Albany, Oregon, was born on September 6, 1949, to Ervin and Clara Anderson. He passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love, dedication, and service. He passed away on October 12, 2023, in Lebanon, Oregon at age 74.


Randy proudly served in the military, enlisting from October 1967 to August 1971. This was his second enlistment, a testament to his commitment to his country. During his service, he received a Purple Heart for his bravery and sacrifice.


Randy was a man of many passions. He cherished the great outdoors and found solace in fishing, camping, and shooting guns. The beach held a special place in his heart, providing endless opportunities for relaxation and joy. Yet, his deepest love was reserved for his family, especially his four children, Felicia, Mandee, Christopher, and Jeremy, who meant the world to him.

Randy was eagerly anticipating the arrival of his great-grandson, Dylan James, due in January. His excitement at the prospect of welcoming a new generation into the family was a testament to his enduring love and hope.


Known for his generous spirit, Randy would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He lived his life embodying the values of kindness and selflessness.


Randy was preceded in death by his father, Ervin Anderson, and his mother, Clara Nita Olson, as well as his daughter, Felicia Anderson. He is survived by his children, Mandee Anderson, Christopher Anderson, and Jeremy Mosley. He is also survived by his sister, Rita Anderson, and a host of grandchildren: Julionna Anderson, Hannah Anderson, Camren Black, Savannah Anderson, Brody Anderson, Gavin Mosley, and Liam Mosley; aunt, Sherri Warner and uncle, Dudley Hill.


Randy A. Anderson's memory will live on through the love and generosity he shared with his family and the community. He will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
