Peggy Jean Lyles

July 21, 1945 April 13, 2011 Aumsville, Oregon Resident Peggy Lyles passed away surrounded by her family that she loved so much.  She was born in Monette, Arkansas   She married her high school sweet heart, Raymond Franklin Lyles on February 11, 1961 in Nashville, Arkansas.  The family made their home in Aumsville in 1975.  Peggy worked as a Cashier for many years.    Being a Wife and Mother was her greatest joy.   Her family recalls fondly her baking at Thanksgiving and Christmas.  She had a special way with animals also and loved her dog, Sissy Bell.  She will be deeply missed by her husband, Raymond, sons; Marty (Carla) Lyles, Donnie (Cindy) Lyles, daughters; Melissa (Ron) Haydon, Becky Lyles, siblings; Carol Wakefield, June Cleary, Larry Nunley, Jimmy Nunley, Sheila Montgomery,   David Nunley,  grandchildren; Vernon McMahon, Michelle Griffith, Maggi Vittone, Christopher Lyles, seven great grandchildren.  Visitation will be Monday, April 18, 2011, 9 to 1 with Services at 2:00 P.M. at Weddle Funeral Chapel, Stayton.  Burial to follow at Aumsville Cemetery.
