Patricia Louise Milliner

Patricia was born on January 31, 1933, in San Diego, California, to James and Deltha (Black) Raridon. She married Royce Milliner and together they raised a son and a daughter in California. Patricia and her daughter, Kathy, moved to Oregon about 15 years ago and settled in Scio before sending for her son, Alan, to join them. After an extended illness, Patricia was moved to the Tokarski Hospice Home in Salem, Oregon. Her family was by her side constantly until her passing on October 22, 2018. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. She is survived by her son Alan, daughter Kathy (Don) Nichols, granddaughters Christina Nichols and Elaine (Mike) Nichols-Sweeny, and her great-grandchildren Micky and Shae. The family will celebrate Patricia's life with a private family gathering.
