Pat A. Carman

Patricia Adele “Pat” Carman, age 77, passed away on June 4, 2020 in Dallas. Pat was born on January 28, 1943 in Eugene, OR to Del and Marie Brown. She had four siblings: Jan, Joy, Barbara and Roger. Pat received her Associates Degree, and went to work as a Real Estate Agent. She established Riverside West Real Estate, where she worked as the Principal Real estate Broker. She was a member of the Oregon Association of Realtors, and the West Salem Business Association. Pat was a lifelong Oregonian – She moved to Salem in 1992, where she met her husband Kenneth Carman. They wed on April 9, 1994. Together, they enjoyed traveling (especially to Lake Tahoe) and camping. Pat was also an avid gardener! Pat was preceded in death by her father and mother. She is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth Carman; her children, Kari, Chris and Katy; her grandchildren, Jemeniah Watson, Lauren and Erin O’Driscoll; and siblings, Jan, Joy, Barbara and Roger.
