Neta Mae Wiley

Neta Mae Wiley May 2, 1935 – January 22, 2010 Neta Mae Wiley was born in Meridian, Idaho to Emily and Elton Clapp and attended Meridian Grade School and High School and the College of Idaho. She married Dale E. Wiley of Eagle, Idaho in 1955 and had two children, Raymond and Emily. Her husband was killed in an auto accident in 1959, which left Neta Mae handicapped. She and her children lived with her parents in Meridian and later Nyssa, Oregon. She moved with her parents to Stayton, Oregon in 1980 and later was a resident of the Marian Estates in Sublimity, Oregon. She is survived by her brother Clarence Clapp, his wife Dorothy, son Raymond Wiley (wife Betty), daughter Emily Sims (husband Charles), two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, her mother-in-law Voletta Wiley, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 27 at 2:00 p.m. at Weddle’s Funeral Services, Stayton. Graveside services will be Saturday, Jan. 30 in Meridian. Arrangements entrusted to Weddle Funeral Services Stayton, Oregon.
