Longtime Oregon Resident Aumsville

Longtime Aumsville, Oregon Resident Funeral Service will be Thursday, January 14th at 1:00 pm at Weddle Funeral Chapel, Stayton, OR for Jeanette Henderson who passed away on Sunday, Jan. 10th at Salem.  She was 63, the daughter of Ted and Myriam Green.  Jeanette grew up in California.  She moved to Aumsville in 1974 and was married to Don Henderson in July of 1975.  They made their home in Aumsville where she was a homemaker and enjoyed arts and crafts, boating and fishing and dancing, she taught dance choreography while living in California.  She treated everyone like a friend. She is survived by her husband, Don of Henderson of Salem; son, Jason (Kristen) Henderson of Virginia Beach, Virginia; daughters Michelle (Brad) Sczesny of Arizona, Jennifer (Chad) Steckler of North Dakota; 4 grandchildren, Emmett, Gavin, Noah brother, Tony (Margy) Green of Phelps, NY Interment will be private at Lone Oak II Cemetery – Stayton, OR Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Assoc.
