LILLIAN E. WOOSLEY Aug. 19, 1917 – May 25, 2011 Aumsville, Oregon Resident Lillian E. Woosley was born in Hoquiam, Washington, the daughter of Herbert and Eudora Harper, on the 19th day of August, 1917. She passed away on Wednesday , May 25th in Sublimity. She was 93 years of age. In 1932 the family moved to West Salem where they had a dairy farm. She was married to Clarence Woosley in 1937 and together they farmed bush and pole beans as well as berries. Clarence preceded her in death on May 14, 1965. She was also preceded in death by her son, Walter. Lillian enjoyed sewing, gardening and flowers and she loved spending time running the family farm. She is survived by her daughter, Peggy (Alvin) Cooper of California; son, Allen (Kay) Woosley of Aumsville; 9 grandchildren; and numerous great and great great–grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Graveside memorial will be held on Wednesday, June 1st at 10:00 am at Lone Oak Cemetery, Stayton, Oregon.
