Leroy Perez, a lifelong resident of Lebanon, Oregon, passed away on March 19, 2025. Born on December 30, 1959, to Georgia Fields and Vincent Perez, Leroy grew up in Lebanon alongside his siblings Tina Perez, Vince Perez, Naomi Weeks Perez, and David Perez, forming bonds that would last a lifetime.

Leroy was a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather whose love for family was unwavering. On March 1, 1980, he married his beloved wife, Chyral Cox, and together they built a life filled with love and happiness. Their union was blessed with two children, Christopher Perez and Jennifer Perez, who brought immense joy and pride to his life.

Professionally, Leroy was a skilled general contractor who approached his work with diligence and integrity. Through hard work and dedication, he provided for his family, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Leroy had a passion for the great outdoors. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, racing, and exploring nature’s beauty. His adventurous spirit and love for the wilderness were infectious, leaving lasting memories for those who shared these moments with him.

Leroy is survived by his devoted wife, Chyral; his children, Christopher Perez and Jennifer Perez; and his cherished grandchildren, Jaylene Perez, Tanner Perez, Ethan Perez, Elijah Perez, Dylan Perez, Hunter Perez, Chase Ellis, and Layla Perez; and his two step-grandchildren Aliyah Adams and Mariah Adams. His legacy of love, strength, and devotion lives on through them.

Leroy Perez will be dearly missed by all who knew him. His memory will remain a source of comfort and inspiration to his family and friends, as they continue to celebrate a life well-lived. May he rest in peace.
