Leroy J. Lambrecht

LeRoy  J.  Lambrecht Sept. 23, 1937   †   Nov. 10, 2013 Stayton, Oregon  LeRoy Lambrecht passed away on Sunday, Nov. 10th at his home in Stayton.  He was 76 yrs. of age.  LeRoy was born on Sept. 23, 1937 in Stayton.  He was the son of Paul and Pauline Lambrecht.  LeRoy lived all his life in Stayton. He attended St. James Catholic School and graduated from Sacred Heart High School in Salem. He had taken several courses in Landscaping at the University of Oregon.  He was very interested in landscaping and plants and enjoyed growing orchids and African violets.  Leroy served in the Army during the Vietnam Era as a Warehouse Equipment Operator.  LeRoy worked for the Stayton Cannery for many years before retiring.  He was a member of the Catholic Church and the Teamsters Union.  He is survived by his sister, Wanda Boudon of McMinnville; nephews, Byron, Terry, Doug and Russell Boudon, Donald Mack; nieces, Suzette Harvey, Collette and Diane Mack. Memorials may be made to St. Vincent DePaul.   Recitation of the Rosary will be held on Wed. Nov. 20th at 1:00 pm at Weddle Funeral Chapel followed by a Funeral Mass at 2:00 pm at Immaculate Conception Church and Rite of Christian Burial at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Stayton.
