Kenneth Dale Gladwill

Ken was born on April 15, 1940 in North Bend, Oregon to Howard and Kathryne Gladwill. He honorably served in the United States Navy from 1959 to 1965. After his discharge, Ken lived in Roseburg until 1977, and then moved to the Stayton/Sublimity area for the remainder of his life. Ken owned Buy Rite Auto Parts in Stayton from 1977-1985, he then drove truck for Koenig Farms until his retirement. Ken married Brenda and they had two children together, however, he and Brenda would later divorce. In 1985 he met Carol Edwards his longtime companion. In addition to work and family life, Ken was also a member of the Turtle Club where he made many friends. Ken passed away on April 6, 2020 at age 79 in Stayton, Oregon. He was preceded in death by his son, Timothy Gladwill in 2017; his parents; and a brother, Stan. Ken is survived by his significant other, Carol Edwards; daughter, Kimberly Gladwill-Rowley; sisters, Marjorie Gladwill-Nielson and Amarlyllis (Hap) Spring; grandchildren, Andrew Gladwill, Natosha Gladwill, Celina Rowley, Cody Gladwill, Austin Gladwill; in addition to 4 great grandchildren, Kalli, Anikalynn, Parker and Lilly.
