Kathy Joann Kvenbo

Silverton- Kathy Kvenbo of Silverton, Oregon went to be with Jesus on November 6, 2020 surrounded by family and friends.She was born on April 30, 1956 to Lee and Shirley Backstrom. She was the youngest of 4 siblings.She graduated from Savannah High school in Anaheim, California and went on to use her interest in art to have a successful business as a muralist. She met the love of her life, Greg Kvenbo, through their Pastor Buddy, and were married on June 28, 1986 in Corona, California. After Greg retired, they moved their family to silverton where Kathy opened up an antique store. The shop, Redeemed & Restored, is where she began her woman’s bible study and shared of Gods never ending grace and redeeming love. She is survived by her beloved husband Greg, daughter Amy, son Nick and granddaughter Ellie. Greg’s sons Darrel and John and their family’s. Also her siblings Roberta, Gary and Dave and cousins Lu, Jan and Brian. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
