Joyce Ann Vinton

Joyce Ann Vinton passed away Friday, October 15, 2021. She was surrounded by her family. Joyce was born February 16, 1949, in Wichita, Kansas, to Frederick and Lottie Mae Leach. She was one of 17 children, growing up in Chelsea, Oklahoma. She met and married her life partner of 54 years, Timothy Alan Vinton Sr, in 1967. They moved to Oregon and raised five children. She loved her family and was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Joyce loved spending time with her family hunting, camping, cooking, and gardening. She was an inspiration to everyone who knew her. Joyce will be missed by her family and friends. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents Fred and Lottie Mae; brothers Freddie Dale and Jerry Wayne; and sisters Linda, Karen Sue, and Patsy. She is survived by her husband Tim; her 5 children; 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brothers-David, Randy, Charles, Dennis, Ronald, Cleo, and Leo; and Sisters-Glenna, Trudy, Diane, and Carolyn. A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
