Mr. Smith was born in Rondo, Arkansas on January 7, 1949. He served in the United States Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He passed away on January 1, 2019 in Detroit, Oregon. Mr. Smith enjoyed traveling the Pacific Northwest with his dog Zoey and enjoyed visiting Montana, Utah and Oregon. He was married to Wanda Smith for 18 years who he is survived by.
