Jimmie A. Dryden May 2, 1944- Sept. 7, 2009 Jimmie left this planet and traveled to the next on Monday the 7th of 2009 @ 5:16am after a long battle with cancer. He was a loving man who was always there for his family. Jimmie was born in Lebanon, OR. He was raised in Dallas, OR where he graduated from Dallas High School. Jimmie settled in Salem, OR to raise his family. He enjoyed camping, fishing, motorcycle riding and hunting. Jimmie was the nucleus of his family, who loved and adored him. He will be GREATLY missed. Jimmie spent 33 years working as an Offset Printer for the State of Oregon. He was a member of the F.O.E. for 40 years serving as President in both Dallas and Salem. Jimmie is survived by his two sons; Richard A. Dryden, 43 of Salem and Dwayne E. Dryden, 40 of Stayton. Wife of 38 years Kathryn Dryden. Daughter-in-laws; Michele Dryden (Richard) and Margo Dryden (Dwayne). Sister; Bonnie Berelson of Spokane, WA, brothers; Bob, Gary and Danny Dryden. Grandchildren; Aleiha, Marshel, Madison and Alexander of Richard and Michele Dryden; Krystol, Zac, Jake, Zoei, Morghan, Dane and Rylee of Dwayne and Margo Dryden. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, cousins, family and friends. Upon request private services will be held at a later date.
