Jeffery Dwaine Harris

Jeffery Dwaine Harris, 57, was born in Covina, California, April 24, 1967, and passed away on December 16, 2024, after his courageous fight with cancer. Jeff graduated from McKay High School in 1985. 

After high school, he attended the Western Culinary Institute and graduated in 1988. Jeff pursued a career as a chef working in Alaska, Michigan, and at Odell Lodge in Oregon. Jeff operated his own restaurant in Salem Oregon from 1996 to 1998.

Jeff moved to Forest Grove, Oregon, where he ran his own construction company. He then moved back to Salem Oregon in 2021 to be close to family.

Jeff is predeceased by his mother, Marilyn Harris, and daughter Alicia Harris. He is survived by his father, Henry Harris, sister Jennifer Littlejohn and Daughter Mikayla Harris. At Jeff's request, there will be no service. A gathering of family and friends pending. He was a loving father, son, brother, and friend.
