Janice Kendall

Janice Merle Kendall was born December 14 ^th , 1943 in La Grande, Oregon to parents Walter McKay and mother Merle Lovan. She was raised alongside her siblings, Mick, Hugh, Don, and Walter. Throughout her life, Janice had a deep love and enthusiasm for music. She went on to be a teacher at several schools around Oregon, teaching music to young minds. She was also interested in theater, and swing. Janice woud marry her husband John Leroy Kendall in March of 1970; they would raise their daughter Melanie together. Janice passed away peacefully in her home on July 28 ^th , 2022. She is survived by her children, Melanie, stepson John and step-daughter Debbie, grandchildren Roy and John, great-grandchildren Roy Jr. and Keith Kay, as well as her siblings Mick, Don, and Scott. She is preceded in death by her husband, John, and her brother Hugh. Janice will be sorely missed by her loved ones, family, and friends.
