James Darwood Christensen

James "Jim" Christensen entered into God’s Kingdom on March 15, 2022 at age 69.

Jim was born to Edith and James Christensen 0n September 21, 1952 in Seattle Washington.  He attended Jefferson High School and graduated in 1971.  During High School he found his passion of service to others.  After graduation Jim joined the United States Air Force and served his country from 1971 to 1977.  After his service to our country Jim returned to Oregon and began his chosen profession of carpentry.

In 1989, Jim met Darlene, a match truly made in heaven.  He was a loyal servant to God, first and foremost.  He loved the church and loved sharing the love and warmth of our savior, Jesus Christ, with as many people as possible.

Jim joins his mother, Edith and Father, James in Heaven. He is survived by many loving family members, including his wife Darlene and his children Eric, Judy, Brian, Sarah and James and Grandchildren Leah, Myah, Amber, Jessica, Nicole, Justin, Austin, Jordon,  Ashley, Jacob, Cody, Isabella, and Jake
