Gary’s journey through life was marked by dedication, resilience, and a warm spirit. His early years were spent in Salem, where he attended McKay High School, graduating with the class of 2013.

In 2018, Gary exchanged vows with the love of his life, Emily Jo Wenger, in a heartfelt ceremony held in Stayton, Oregon. Their union was a testament to enduring love and commitment.

Professionally, Gary wore many hats. From 2015 to 2021, he lent his expertise to the world of tech support, patiently assisting others with their technological challenges. In 2022, he transitioned to a new role as a general contractor, leaving his mark on local projects. And in the year of his life, Gary found purpose as a dedicated delivery driver.

Beyond work, Gary had a zest for life. He delighted in the simple pleasures: cooking hearty meals, casting his fishing line into serene waters, and immersing himself in the virtual worlds of video games. His laughter was infectious, and his kindness touched everyone who knew him.

Gary leaves behind a legacy of love and connection. He is survived by his loving wife, Emily Jo Gasperetti; devoted parents, Kristin and Peter, and his siblings: Tristin, Samantha, Abigail, Isabela, and Tessa. His children, Francesca (Frankie) and Charlene (Charlie), will forever carry his spirit forward.
