Franki Ray Etherton

September 21, 1984   †   July 24, 2013 Salem, Oregon Franki Ray Etherton was born on Sept. 21, 1984 in St. Louis, Missouri.  He passed away on Wed. July 24th in Salem.  He was 28.  Franki moved to Oregon at age 4 and lived in the Salem area since 1993.  Franki graduated from South Salem High School.  He always wanted to help people, especially the handicapped.  He would compete in the Special Olympics at times and enjoyed walking, bike riding, playing video games and spending time with his family.  He is survived by his family; Kevin and Linda Etherton, Erik, Niki, Amy and Michael Etherton, Kimberly, Michelle, Roberta, Doris, Lance and Shawn. Visitation will be Friday, Aug. 2nd from 9 am – 4 pm at Weddle Funeral Chapel, 1777 N.  Third Ave. Stayton, OR.  Private interment will be in St. Louis, Missouri. Arrangements entrusted to Weddle Funeral Services Stayton, OR.
