Francis Richard Parks Born January 30, 1940 in Washington DC Passed away October 20, 2009 in Corvallis Oregon Francis lived in Florida, Arizona, South Africa, California and moved to Corvallis 16 years ago. Francis in his career has been Deputy Sheriff, Undercover Narcotics Officer and Chief of Police. He is survived by his wife L. Jean Parks, Step-Daughters Jill Adams and Tammy Treat, Step-Son Ryan Adams, 2 Step-Grandchildren Sierra and Meranda and 2 Half Sisters Joann Wells and Barbara Haste. Memorial Service will be held Tuesday October 27, 2009 at 12:30 p.m. at Crossroads Christian Fellowship located at 2555 NW Highland Corvallis, Oregon Military Honors. Arrangements entrusted to Weddle Funeral Services Stayton, Oregon.
