Frances Elizabeth Soistman
March 10, 1930 — July 30, 2023
Frances Elizabeth Soistman passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Baltimore Maryland where she spent the first 71 years of her life. She loved spending time with her very large family in Riviera Beach Community. Crab Parties, birthdays, holidays were spent gathering with her beloved Bingel family and extended relatives.
She later moved to Aumsville Oregon in 2001 where she lived with her west coast family for her last 22 years.
She worked at Lions Brothers in Reisterstown Maryland, retiring in 1995. She was a sewing machine operator.
She is survived by her children Mary Miller, George Stein, Linda Peters, and John Stein, as well as her brother Howard Bingel, and her 15 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 17 great-great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents Frank and Mary, her husband Frank J. Soistman, her brothers Frank, Robert, Richard and Raymond Bingel, and her sisters Lily Marie Richards, and Mildred Griffith.
She will be laid to rest at Druid Ridge Cemetery in Baltimore, Maryland
