Feliciana Masangya Lumbad June 9, 1930 – May 17, 2010 Feliciana was born at Bulacan, Republic of the Philippines on the 9th day of June, 1930. She passed away on Monday the 17th at Stayton, she was 79. The daughter of Victorino Lumbad and Primitiva Masangya. In 1987 she came to the United States to live with her daughter’s family in Stayton, OR. Feliciana was a member of the Catholic Church. She is survived by her daughter Celia and son in law Charles Watson of Stayton; grandsons, Christopher of Stayton and Robert of Corvallis; numerous nieces and nephews in the United States, Canada and the Philippines.
