Donnarae Myers

DonnaRae Myers December 26, 1924   October 2, 2015 Sublimity, Oregon DonnaRae Myers was born in Minot, North Dakota on Dec. 26, 1924. She passed away on Friday, October 2, 2015. She was 90. The daughter of Edwin and Lillian Nelson. DonnaRae grew up and graduated from high school in Minot, ND.   She was married to Rolland Myers on Dec. 14, 1943 in Estavan, Canada and they made their home in Minot before moving to Medford, OR in 1954. They then moved to Aumsville, OR in 1995. Rolland preceded her in death on June 4, 1999. DonnaRae was a homemaker and  a member of the Mountain View Wesleyan Church in Aumsville, OR. She was a great prayer warrior and enjoyed reading the Bible. She also enjoyed baking and spending time with her grand and great- grandchildren. She is survived by her children, Lily Carol (Del) Phillips of Victoria, BC, Darlene (Karl) Hering of Tigard, OR, Wesley Myers of Woodinville, WA, Becky (Bill)  Johnson of Aumsville; brother, John Nelson of Central Point, OR; 8 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren. Private vault interment will be held at Lone Oak Cemetery, Stayton, OR. Celebration of Life will be held on Sat. Oct. 10th at 1:00 pm at Mountain View Wesleyan Church, Aumsville, OR.
