Dick Lee Dailey August 22, 1932 – July 1, 2011 Stayton,  Oregon Dick was born August 22, 1932 in Wadena, MN.  He died July 1, 2011 in Stayton, OR.  He was the son of Wayne and Corabelle Dailey.  He grew up in Milwaukee, WI.  In 1949 he moved  to Ashland, OR where he met and married Juanita Ala Silver in 1951. Dick worked as a welder for a tank manufacturing company in Ashland.  In 1975 he and Ala moved with 2 of their children to Gates, OR where Dick and Ala owned a trailer park and he continued working as a welder, manufacturing rock crushing equipment.  He and Ala moved to Sublimity, OR in 1992.  After retirement he took up wood crafting as a hobby and sold his crafts at various bazaars.   Everyone enjoyed his beautiful woodcrafts which will provide us all with happy memories of him. He is survived by his wife; 4 children, Cheryl Larson (Jim) of Salem, Lila Dailey of Springfield, Leslie Dailey (John Duarte) of Portland,  Thomas Dailey (Julie) of Stayton; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. A private family service will be held later in the month. Arrangements entrusted to Weddle Funeral Services Stayton, OR.
