Denise Lynn Mathew

Denise Mathew, a cherished soul who graced this world with her presence, has left us far too soon. Born on December 6, 1972, in Salem, Oregon, she was the beloved daughter of Ginger Zemp (Carver) and Gerald Zemp. Her journey through life was marked by kindness, laughter, and unwavering love.

Denise’s roots were firmly planted in the picturesque landscapes of Oregon. She attended Cascade High School, where her bright spirit shone through both in the classroom and among her peers. Later, she continued her education at Chemeketa Community College, nurturing her curiosity and passion for learning.

Denise’s path led her to become an apartment manager—a role she embraced with dedication and grace. Her warm smile and genuine concern for others endeared her to tenants and colleagues alike. Whether solving maintenance issues or simply lending a listening ear, Denise made a positive impact on everyone she encountered.

Beyond her professional life, Denise reveled in the great outdoors. Camping trips were her escape—a chance to breathe in the fresh Oregon air, surrounded by towering pines and babbling streams. She cherished those moments, finding solace in nature’s embrace.

Denise’s heart overflowed with love for her family. She leaves behind her parents, Ginger and Gerald, who will forever hold her memory close. Her siblings, Charlene Zemp and Barbara Missinger, shared in her laughter and supported her through life’s twists and turns.
