Debra Ann Tripp

Turner- Debra Ann (Pearson) (Wendt) Tripp was born on August 5, 1956 in Salem, Oregon to George and Wanda Mae (Stinnett) Pearson. Debra spent her early years in Marion County but would spend time in Tuscon, Arizona, Tillamook, Oregon and even Japan and Germany. Ultimately the family would end up back in Marion County and she would graduate from Cascade High School with the class of 1975.  Soon after school she would go to work for the State of Oregon as an Accounting Clerk which she would do until her retirement. In her spare time Debbie loved to spend time on the Oregon Coast, travel and to cook for the family. She was very devoted to God and for over 50 years she was a member of Christ the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. On April 12, 2020 Debra passed away in Albany, Oregon.  She was preceded in death by her parents George and Wanda and her stepfather AlRoy.  She is survived by siblings, Gene (Connie) Wendt, Denise Wendt, and Nori (Jay) Wendt; and Nephews and Nieces, Tyler, Patrick, Cheyenne, Ian and Emma. In Lieu of flowers, donations should be sent in Debbie’s name to the Samaritan Evergreen House in Albany, Oregon for their heartfelt care of our dear sister.
