Dave Jerome Sweeney

Dave Jerome Sweeney April 4, 1944 – October 4, 2017 Lyons, Oregon Dave was born in Portland. He graduated from Gresham High School in 1961 and lived in Gresham for 58 years. He married Susan Sweeney on July 12, 2000 in Virginia City, Nevada. He moved to Aumsville for 12 years and then Lyons for 3 years. Dave worked as a machinist for Boeing of Portland and retired after 34 years. He was President of Lo Life Car Club and enjoyed car shows, garage sales, and yard work. Dave was preceded in death by his mother Doris Starr and his brothers Ronnie Sweeney and Bob Sweeney. He is survived by his wife Sue; children Kari (Chris) Meier and Robert Stinson; grandchildren Weston Stinson, Lane Stinson, Calee Stinson, and Cassidy Meier.; and siblings Sandi (Art) Camp, Kay Alexander, and Jerry Sweeney.
