August 14, 1935 – May 15, 2012 Aumsville, Oregon Resident Dave E. Parker passed away on Tuesday May 15th . He was 76 years old. The son of Alvin and Venna Parker. Dave was married to Nancy McLoney, they later separated. He had worked for Rawlinson Laundry in Salem, where he met Pamela Keele. They were married on Oct. 27, 1977 almost 35 years ago. They made their home in Aumsville and he had worked for 13 yrs as a carpet and vinyl installer before retiring in 2006. He was known to many as “Mr. Fix It”, he enjoyed fixing things as well as deep sea fishing and playing with his two Chihuahuas “Emmalee” and “Dolce”. Dave is survived by his beloved wife, Pamela; daughter, Catherine (David) Parmentier of Nampa, ID, son, Robert of CA; daughters, Holly (Hector) Bori of Florida, Denise (James) Clark of Baker City, Karen Meschke of Utah, Kimberly Lane of Salem, Terri (Daniel) Mattle of Alabama; sister, Kaye Oveson of Vacaville, CA; brother, Giles (Judy) Parker of Coos Bay; numerous grand and great grandchildren. Celebration of Life will be held at Weddle Funeral Chapel, Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. Arrangements entrusted to Weddle Funeral Services Stayton, OR.
