Daniel Lee Beougher was born on December 6, 1976, in Stayton, Oregon to Russell Beougher and Andrea Crabtree. He was raised in Stayton and while in high school played basketball, football and baseball. From a young age, Dan captured the hearts and minds of every person he met with his bigger than life personality, graduating from Stayton High School in 1995. Dan met the love of his life, Christi Trine in 2001 while working at the Oregon State Fairgrounds. They began dating in 2002 and married in September of 2012 in Lyons, Oregon. In 2013, Dan started "Dan Beougher Trucking" where he did local short hauls . His loyalty and dedication to his business involved long hours and hard work, but he always made time for his family. Christi would also help him with taking care of the books and was his biggest supporter. The most important job Dan would have in life was being a dad to his three children, Brooke, Kenzi and Brandon. He enjoyed going to watch them at the ball field. Known for his incredibly big personality, Dan’s heart was even larger. He extended kindness to any person he met and would give the shirt off his back. When not working he enjoyed spending time with family, watch his kids play sports or camping at Detroit, riding ATV’s in Heppner, and fishing. He filled his life with wonderful memories and with all the people he loved. Dan passed away on July 20, 2021, at age 44 in Portland, Oregon. Dan will be remembered for his infectious laugh and incredible smile. He is survived by his wife, Christi; children Brooke Pask, Kenzi Beougher and Brandon Beougher; grandchildren, Paisley and Braelyn; sister, Jennifer Evans; mother, Andrea Wallace and father, Russell Beougher. He was preceded in death by his Grandma and Grandpa Beougher, Grandma and Grandpa Crabtree; Uncle, Dale Walker and cousin, Mike Walker and best friend Brandon Teeters. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to a Go Fund Me created to help Dan’s family with funeral, medical and emotional support.
