Charles "Chuck" Dale Wyatt

On the morning of July 15, 2020, Charles Dale “Chuck” Wyatt, age 77, passed away in Silverton, OR. Chuck was born on January 4, 1943 in Grande Valley, Colorado to Earl Sr & Alta Wyatt. He moved to Oregon when he was 17 months old with his mother and siblings. He attended Nestucca High School and graduated in 1961. Chuck married Laura Lee Hendricks on July 12, 1963 in Salem, OR. They had 4 children: Debbie, Rick, Rod and Brenda. Chuck owned Willamette Door Manufacturing and was a partner in Elite Cabinets for most of his life. He was a wood worker, and he specialized in cabinetry and finish carpentry. He was a hard worker, and he enjoyed both coaching and watching his kids and grandkids play ball, going to the sand dunes, traveling, watching western shows, dancing and spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed! Chuck was preceded in death by his mother, Alta Evenden (ne. Boise); his sister, Charlene (Ron) Bickler; his step-father, Melvin Evenden; his daughter, Debbie Lynn Wyatt; and his brother-in-law, Donald Hendricks. Chuck is survived by his children, Rick (Allison) Wyatt, Rod (Trinisha) Wyatt and Brenda (Roy) Mitchell; his grandchildren, Tara, Chase, Brook, Kaylie, Aria, Alli, Brandyn, Macana, Jared and Miley; great-grandchildren, Paige, Peyton and Rowan; siblings, Jessie (Dale) Vanlaanen, Earl Wyatt, George (Kathy) Wyatt and Wayne (Sandy) Evenden; and in-laws, Irene (Karl) Goertzen, Judy (Kevin) Forrester, Mary Jo (Gene) Thomas and Darlene (Rocky) Austin; and step-mother Jean Evenden. Services may be held at a later date.
