Cathryn Patricia Reynolds

Sublimity- Cathryn Patricia Reynolds was born on February 21, 1956, in Southport, Merseyside, England to Thomas and Margaret (Lundy) Price. In her early 20’s Cathy would move to California and then later in Florida. She would eventually move to and settle down in Sublimity, Oregon in 1996. She was a hard worker and because of that she impacted many lives. Cathy retired as a Special Education assistant at Silverton Middle School where she continued to make friendships and touch peoples lives. In her spare time, she loved going to the beach with her grandbabies. She also loved doing projects, traveling, sneaking off to the casino, and garage sale hunting (she always loved a good deal.) No matter what though, she always had time for everybody. On January 5, 2022, Cathy passed away at her daughter’s house in Kalama, Washington surrounded by many who cared and loved her very much. She is survived by her children, Ashlee (Steve) Scherling and Katie Reynolds; grandchildren, Maddie Scherling, Rowan Reynolds, Scarlett Scherling, Ryan Reynolds, Grey Scherling and bonus grandchild Amara Cates; and siblings, Vince Price, Moira Cates, Suzanna Lundy-Price and Vanessa Riley. A time for visitation will take place at Weddle Funeral Service on Tuesday January 11, 2022, from 4 PM to 6PM with the Recitation of the Rosary at 5:30 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place on January 12 at 11 AM at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Sublimity, Oregon. She will be laid to rest at the Cemetery of Holy Angels (St. Boniface Cemetery) in Sublimity, Oregon following Mass.
