Bruce Warren Hildreth was born on August 6, 1937, in San Luis Obispo, California to Wallace and Inez (Lovely) Hildreth. He grew up in California with his sister, Gail. Later in life he would live in Redwood City and most recently Turner, Oregon.
He served in the United States Navy from June 1957- February 1963. He was an Aircraft Machine Engineer while he served. Upon his honorable discharge, Bruce would have a career truck driving and being a pressman.
Bruce was blessed with four children, Cheryl, Jim, Korel and Debra.
He met Florence “Judy” Fitzpatrick when they were young and grew up together. Later in life, they reconnected and in 1984 forever. Bruce and Judy married on January 18, 2002, in Salem, Oregon. She was the love of his life.
When not working, he was a family man who wanted to spend time with them as often as possible. Bruce also liked to kick back and enjoy himself a beer.
Bruce passed away on October 7, 2022, in Mill City, Oregon.
He was predeceased by the love of his life, his wife, Judy Hildreth; Children, Korel Haglund and Debra Say; and sister, Gail Hendrix. He is survived by his children, Cheryl Sorenson and Jim Brooks; grandchildren, Daron McKinzie and Crystal Torrez; and several great Grandchildren.
