Brian was the cherished son of Carol and the late Richard Wood. He was the older brother of the late John Wood, and the soulmate to his longtime girlfriend, Kathy, both of whom were dear to him. He was the doting father of April, Stephanie, Jeff, Nick, Cristina, Brandon and Michelle. He was also the beloved grandfather to Jude, Brad, Wyatt, Zoe, Taylor, Logan, Keagan, Bailey, Peyton, Brandon, Leigh, and the proud great-grandfather to Evan.
Brian was a man of many passions, each of which reflected his vibrant and multifaceted personality. An accomplished guitar player, he was often found strumming his favorite tunes, filling his home with music and merriment. He was also a computer enthusiast who had an uncanny knack for understanding and troubleshooting complex systems. His family fondly remembers his love for tattoos, each of which told a unique story about his colorful life.
A lover of dogs, Brian's pets were more than just animals to him; they were his loyal companions and family members. He had a special bond with each of them, and they brought him immeasurable joy and comfort. Working on cars was another of Brian's interests. He could often be found in his garage, tinkering with engines and bodywork, turning ordinary vehicles into extraordinary machines.
Brian was also known for his love of CB radios. He enjoyed the camaraderie of the airwaves and the sense of community it brought. He would spend hours chatting with friends, both old and new, sharing stories, jokes, and advice.
