Bradley K. Stevens, Sr. was born on October 25, 1960, in Portland, Oregon to Donald and Norma (Junkman) Stevens. At 8 years old he would be raised by his stepmother who adopted him, Carole Rupea. He would grow up in Milwaukie, Oregon where he would attend Milwaukie High School and graduate in 1978. At the young age of 19 he would start a family and start working to provide for them. Later, he would attend college and earn a degree in business administration and over the years would take additional courses. Brad was handy throughout his entire life and was skilled in a lot of different areas. He would work in construction, warehousing, carpentry, run his own business and most recently would help his friend out with a handyman business. In 2013, he met Elizabeth Bertram and they would go onto have a son together. When not working, Brad enjoyed playing pool, he was competitive in spirit and did not like to lose, which he would joke was genetic. He also loved watching Ducks football and basketball. In his younger years he would go fishing and had hoped to go again soon. For the last several years, Brad struggled with health issues, and on May 15, 2022, he would pass away at his home in Turner where he resided for the last 6 years. He is survived his significant other, Elizabeth Bertram; children, Brandon Stevens, Kaitie Martinez, Chris Stevens, Andrew Stevens, and Bradley Stevens, Jr.; siblings Kathy Brumfiel, Katherine Thompson, Konni Mello, Debra Stevens, Dellane Sample and Mark Stevens; in addition to 8 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Harris.
