Billie Colleen Fisher

Lebanon- Billie Colleen Fisher passed away on July 26, 2021, in Lebanon, Oregon. Born on January 2, 1936, in Watonga, Oklahoma to Richard Crosley and Pauline Fee, Billie grew up in Watonga and graduated from Watonga High School. After high school, she graduated from business college in Oklahoma City. She would meet her future husband, David Fisher at a dance on the base at Camp Pendleton, they would marry in Las Vegas December 31, 1956. They would live in Gardena, California for 35 years and later move to Lebanon, Oregon where they would reside for the last 31 years. Billie would work as an executive secretary for Boeing and retired early at age 55. She would take that opportunity to enjoy the things she loved like spending time with family, gardening, reading and doing crossword puzzles. Billie is survived by her husband, David Fisher; children, Donna (Greg) Poteete; grandchildren, Jason (Kayla) and Mitchell Empey; great grandchildren, Vincent, Jocelyn, Draven, and Caige Empey.
