Alisha Ann Stacy

February 18, 1985 — April 7, 2023

Alisha Stacy, a shining star in our family, was born on February 18, 1985, in Salem, Oregon, and passed away in Portland, Oregon, on April 7, 2023. As Alisha would often say, “I am just a girl in the world”. Alisha Stacy most certainly never lost her spark, and she shared it with everyone who knew her.

Born to Missie and Phil Boatman, Alisha spent her childhood in Turner and Salem, Oregon, alongside her siblings Nita, Sarah, and Lucky. Together with their extended family, they formed a tight-knit family bond and Alisha’s contagious smile was the shining light in this dark world.

Alisha's love for life and people was evident in her work at Applebee's, where she brightened the days of her coworkers and guests alike. She loved the many adventures she would have with her co-workers, and the guests she served. Alisha always looked out for the underdog and helped where she could.

But as much as Alisha loved her Applebee's family, her true passion was being a mom to her two beautiful children, Pepper and Gage. The love she had for them was immeasurable, and she made sure they knew it every single day. Alisha was the kind of mom who would go to the ends of the earth for her kids, and then some. She was the ultimate example of a loving, selfless, and kind mother. She was always the best mom that she could be and made sure her little family had everything that they ever wanted or needed. Pepper and Gage were her entire life and she let everyone know it.

Alisha's life took an unexpected turn when she met Pat Parker in December 2021. From that moment on, they were inseparable, and Alisha often said he was hers forever. With Pat by her side, Alisha faced life's challenges head-on, armed with humor and love. Alisha had that special spark and would say to people, “I am the meanest nice person you ever met”.

In remembering Alisha, it's important to honor her spirit of love, laughter, and selflessness. Although she left this world far too early, As Alisha would often say, “I’m cracked, not broken”.

So, as we gather to celebrate the life of Alisha Stacy, let us remember her with laughter, love, and a time to get together and celebrate her life on Saturday, April 15, 2023 from 1pm to 4pm.

Alisha was preceded in death by her grandma, Jean Boatman; grandpa, Danial Boatman; step-dad, Bert Harfmann; grandpa, Harmon Wilson; grandpa; Byron Turner; nephews, Cody Ellis and Dakota Ellis in addition to many other family members. Alisha had a HUGE tribe!
