Aimee Nicole Burlison

Aimee Nicole Burlison, of Turner, Oregon passed away at home surrounded by family

and friends on September 18, 2022 at the age of 36. Aimee was born January 9, 1986

in Salem Oregon. Aimee was a beautiful, healthy, happy, baby girl. As Aimee aged, it

became apparent that she had special needs, but that didn’t stop her, Aimee attended

Cloverdale Elementary, Aumsville Elementary and later Cascade Junior High and High

School. Finally, at age 23 Aimee was diagnosed with Sanfilippo Syndrome Type C, at

Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. Aimee was a happy, funny, and loving girl

throughout her life. She brought joy to all who knew her. Aimee will be greatly missed.

Aimee is survived by her parents, Dennis and Susan Burlison, her brother, Brandon

Burlison (Erin), Grandmother, Marcella Burlison, countless Aunts, Uncles and lots of

Cousins.

A celebration of life will be held at Greg and Debbie Lindgren’s on Saturday, October 8 th

at 1:30 pm. As a tribute to Aimee, all those attending are encouraged to wear purple as

that was Aimee’s favorite color.
