A. VERNON CURETON JUNE 7, 1928 – November 28, 2015 Vernon “Vern” Cureton was born in McCurtain, Oklahoma on the 7th day of June, 1928. The son of Puliski and Victoria Cureton. Vern was married to Bonnie Ann Hann on Sept. 17, 1955 in Salem. She preceded him in death on Oct. 7, 1982. He was married to Elizabeth Sipe on April 11, 1992 in Sublimity, OR. Vern worked as a handyman in a Sawmill and enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; son, Jim (Diana) Cureton; and 2 grandchildren. Graveside service will be held at Lone Oak Cemetery, Stayton, OR.
