Juanita Hermelinda “Linda” Overman, 64, passed away on November 11, 2019 in Lebanon, Oregon. She was born on May 22, 1955 in El Campo, Texas to Juan and Evangelina (Estraca) Martinez.  Linda worked as a Conference Service Attendant for Marriott, and later as a Clean Room Specialist for HP. She greatly enjoyed her work, and the friendships that she made over the years. Linda resided in many places during her life –  Arizona, Utah, California and Oregon. She cherished the time spent in San Jose , CA and Oregon the most because of her love of the mountains and the beach.  Her time in Oregon was spent camping, walking trails and sinking her toes into the sand. Linda enjoyed visiting Japanese and botanical Gardens. She was also very skilled in arts, crafts, cooking and baking. She loved to sing, dance, play board and card games (Cards Against Humanity being a favorite)! Juanita will forever be remembered for her compassion, sass and sarcasm, giving spirit and good nature. She was spontaneous, fun loving and adventurous  with an infectious laugh. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, and her two brothers, Andy and Joel Paniagua. She is survived by Husband  Bob Overman , her daughter, Eden Johnson; her stepfather, Manuel Flores; her sisters, Delia Perry, Elvira Booker and Rachel Flores; and her stepchildren, Jeff, Rusty, Jeremy, Anthony Overman, and Krystal Morgan. Services will be held at a later date.
