Jeannette Parrish

Jeannette Parrish Nov. 30, 1944 April 18, 2017 Stayton, Oregon Jeannette Parrish was born in Corvallis, Oregon.  She passed away on Tuesday the 18th in Stayton.  She was 72.  Jeannette was married to Richard “Rick” Parrish on December 10, 1976 at Deer Park on the Little North Fork of the Santiam River.  Together they made their home in Stayton.  She was a homemaker and was very involved with the Stayton Manta Ray Swim Team.  She also worked at the Stayton Cannery for a number of years. She baked wedding cakes and had worked as a manager and bartender at the Riverview Inn and Fish Hatchery Tavern, both in Mehama. She enjoyed riding horses, gardening, camping, spending time with her children and grandchildren, and drives to the mountains and beaches. In addition to her beloved husband, Richard Parrish, she is survived by her siblings, Phil Mason, Diane Foster, Alice Irene Meirose, George Turner, Walt Turner, Pat Kitzhaber and Sandy Boedigheimer; children, Rick (Karen) Boedigheimer, Rex (Margaret) Boedigheimer, Tony (Tammy) Parrish, Tina Westling, Laura (Dan) Houston, Jody (Rob Sills) Boedigheimer; grandchildren Tommy and Dawn Murphy, Marlys Thomas, Joshua and Gloria Sills, Joel and Danika Boedigheimer, Kevin Boedigheimer, Matt and Jordan Shaw, Chris and Aubrey Sills, Megan and Samuel Sills-Schroeder, Jolene Boedigheimer, Andrea Westling, Paige Westling, Samantha Houston, Emily Parrish-Vickery, and Zachery Houston; Great Grandchildren, Camden Reyes, Sethan Boedigheimer, Jasmine Sills, Michael Shaw, Anneliese Thomas, Leland Thomas, Samuel Schroeder, Xander Boedigheimer, Declan Murphy, Owen Shaw, Madison Schroeder and Wesley Sills. Viewing is scheduled for Friday, April 21 from 1-4 p.m. at Weddle Funeral Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held at Weddle Funeral Chapel on Monday, April 24, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. followed by a graveside service at Lone Oak Cemetery in Stayton. A potluck reception will be held following the service at St. Patricks Hall, 362 Seventh Street in Lyons. Arrangements are pending at Weddle Funeral Services, Stayton, OR
