Deborah Lynn (Blades) Miles March 8, 1953 August 24, 2017 Keizer, Oregon Deborah L. Miles, 64, passed on August 24, 2017 into the arms of her Lord and Savior. Deborah was born on March 8, 1953 in Oregon City, Oregon to Mary and Robert Gilleran.  Raised in Stayton, Deborah graduated from Regis High School in 1971 and went on to become a Controller at BrucePac for 33 years. Debbie raised her four wonderful children; Lisa, Travis, Sara, and Jamie in the Stayton/Sublimity area. She later moved to the Silverton area where she stayed for eleven years before most recently moving to her dream home in Keizer. Debbie met the love of her life, Larry “Larold” Miles and they married in Salem on September 24, 2011. Debbie was heavily involved with the Sublimity Harvest Festival for many years. Her hobbies included quilting, baking, crafting, golfing, riding her jet ski, and spending time with family and friends. Debbie was preceded in death by her parents; Mary Block and Robert Gilleran, Step-father; Robert Block and oldest brother; Dennis Gilleran. She is survived by her loving husband; Larry Miles, Children; Lisa Blades of Salem, Travis (Valerie) Blades of Sublimity, Sara Powell of Salem, and Jamie (Ryan) Vohs of Sisters, Step-children; Hilary Willis and Evan Miles, Grandchildren; Lyndsey Lombard, Kyle Johnson, Seth Powell, Garrett Vohs, Trevor Blades, Haven Blades, Gracie Vohs, Luke Willis, Connor Willis, Bryce Bennett, Alexis Bennett, and Emmerson Willis. Brothers and sisters; Ann Gilleran of Salem, Timothy Gilleran of Sublimity, Maureen (Gary) Bochsler of Scio, Kate (Dick) Heuberger of Sublimity, Teresa (John) Nester of Belfair, WA, Julie Thibodeau of Redmond, Danette Falgout of Portland, Robert (Joanne) Block, Nadine (Don) Tuel of Dallas, Ray (Charlene) Block of Stayton, and Jody (Marty) Cade of LaPine. Debbie will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her. Memorial Contributions can be made in Debbie’s name to Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. A Memorial Mass will take place on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 10:00AM at St. Boniface Catholic Church. A reception will follow at the Santiam Golf Club, all are welcome to attend.
