Amber Sue Erickson

Amber Sue Erickson passed away unexpectedly on June 27, 2021. She is survived by her mother, Gerri Erickson; brother, Vernon Harris; sister, Michelle Erickson and loving fiancé, Dustin Elam. Born on December 21, 1986 in Portland, Oregon. Amber loved horses, the rodeo, her dog Charlie, all things Disney, the Yankees and attending Oregon State Beaver football and baseball games. Amber also loved to go to the movies and traveling around the United States including Hawaii and Yellowstone. She loved to sing, attend plays, spend time with her family, friends and fiancé, and enjoy a bowl of homemade canned peaches. A favorite quote of Amber's was that, "A woman should be two things, classy and fabulous." by Coco Chanel, and Amber most definitely was. She was a good friend with a beautiful soul and greatly touched the lives of others. Amber was a person of faith who was kind to others, had an enormous heart, and will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Sea Turtle Conservatory.
