To the Blair Family:
It was an honor to attend the visitation for Jack Blair on Friday, 3 Aug 2012. While we did not serve in the same unit as he did, it was apparent from the photos and videos that he had a love for life and adventure. We are also acutely aware of the extreme sacrifices, mental fortitude and devotion to his fellow Soldiers that must have occurred while Jack was serving his country. Thank you for inviting us to share in his passing and support you in this difficult time.
Jack, may you find peace in your journey, and know that you are loved and live on in the memories and lives of your family, friends and comrades. Thank you for your service, and though you paid the ultimate price, your contributions will never be forgotten.
